Brady Spangler has been very helpful in processing our loan, and understanding the process along with providing info on Hawaii.We have been looking for a home in Hawaii for over 2 years. And Brady has been patient and professional always giving us our financing options on many different homes.I highly recommend Brady and his office.

Brady and his team made the mortgage process extremely easy for a first-time homebuyer like myself. He has a warm personality that makes you feel very calm about a process that can be very nerve-wrecking and was very patient and professional with dealing with a number of curveballs and personalities that came his way with all the parties associated with my mortgage (banks in Michigan, parents, CPA and more). Highly recommended. The first lender that give me hopes as an independent contractor. I spoke to a few other lenders, including the bank that I have my savings in, He is the most reliable and always there to answer my question. I would work with Brady again. He is honest, hard working, and straighforward. Had I known more about the mortgage shopping process I would have committed to working with Brady much sooner.
