Highly recommended. The first lender that give me hopes as an independent contractor. I spoke to a few other lenders, including the bank that I have my savings in, He is the most reliable and always there to answer my question. Can't thank him and his crew , Mary and Brandy enough for being so kind to me. And their pretty fast too. My Realtor Jennifer Edward like them too. Linda

I would work with Brady again. He is honest, hard working, and straighforward. Had I known more about the mortgage shopping process I would have committed to working with Brady much sooner.

Brady is the best. Very responsive and helpful. Always responds to emails promptly and answers the phone every time any time. Great customer service! Very knowledgeable about all things housing. Brady made my home purchase all around flawless and amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend,Ben

Brady was such a big help to us during escrow. He was always available throughout the process to answer any questions and had many suggestions on different ways we could save money. In the end, we ran into a big issue and Brady was ble to resolve the issue and helped us out financially in a HUGE way. Not only did he help us financially, he made a contribution to a charity that I love in my name as a thank you.

Great to work with. Would definitely work with again. Made everythign clear. Bought three houses and this was by far the best experience. During my transaction there was never an issue and Brady and his team worked with me on every issue on my level. Other places just assume you know what to do. Brady and his Team broke everything down to the simple basics which allowed for a speedy and care-free transaction. Recommend to anyone buying a home.

I am so pleased and anxious to write a review of my experiences with Brady Spangler of Axia Home Loans. He accomplished what no one else could do at a time when the other mortgage company's "loan officers" seemed to have their hands tied behind their backs. Brady was amazingly helpful. Being that Axia doesn't work for a bank on Oahu, it makes for an efficient closing. He and his crew kept me on track with what documents I needed to provide them and when. We had everything prepared a week and a half ahead of recording. Furthermore, from the time of acceptance, we were able to close in a little over 30 days. Albeit we had the option to close sooner but we were in a rental.
