Brady is the Magic man! Our loan was much more complicated then any other loan I've done in the past. Definitely not low hanging fruit. As termed "lots of moving parts" Brady and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. He made it happen, I don't think other lenders would have been as successful. The best experience I've ever had with a loan officer. He has a strong work ethic and he is a man of his word. He is extremely passionate about his work and I have already referred family members to him. If I ever buy or refi again, I'm definitely giving Brady a call.

After being turned down at several other Loan Offices I called Brady and he was very polite and professional. He was able to secure my loan and close within my tight calendar. Brady came thru for us with exactly what we needed to finish what we'd planned for our future needs. He worked very efficiently and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. In fact, I was amazed at how fast and smooth everything went. No delays whatsoever. Also, you don't need to battle traffic running around town to get documents. Everything is done electronically. Aloha,Brady does what he says he will do on time and in exactly the way we agreed to. I can't tell you what a difference it was from the previous mortgage agent we had tried to refinance with. It took us four months and the submittal of reams of documents to realize that the former agent didn't know what he was doing.
