Horrible experience. Unprofessional and sloppy. Paid 10k for new furnace, heat pump, hot water tank and electrical panel. Fortunately for me, due to PUD rebate, inspections were mandatory. Their work failed all initial inspections, and not for minor issues. They also drilled a hole in my original wood floor in the bedroom, didn't mention it. They responded promptly to a request for an estimate via Costco. Having had other quotes, I knew generally what I was looking for in a new furnace. Price came in a little higher than comparable companies, but they supply Lennox, which I liked. I was scheduled a couple days out and opted for an 18-month finance via Costco Citi, as referred to by the rep. I asked for a quote for a furnace service this month and got a quote for $179. The service person came by and did a service, which seems to me involves taking the removable parts off and clean them, then recommended a replacement of the igniter. He emphasized how the igniter might stop working any time, and in a stressful mood I agreed to have it replaced. However I never realized he charged me $209 plus tax for replacing it. I have replaced two igniters myself in my previous houses and the parts costed me less than $30 each... read more

Watch out. We requested a bid on a furnace move. Had to pay $160 for a "service call" where nothing was done just to have them look. Called 3 times asking for our bid. Waited for two weeks and still haven't received a bid. Waste of time and money! Went with SeaTown. SeaTown came out at NO cost within 3 days of reaching out to them, gave us a bid that afternoon, got our business!

Friendly and professional service technicians but pricey. I had a mixing valve changed and then a water heater replaced. When I called and said I would like my mixing valve changed they sent out a technician who looked at it and said "yep, you need your mixing valve changed" and ordered the part and came back a week later to install. I was charged a 'diagnostic' fee $251 for the "yep, you need your mixing valve changed" that confirmed what I said I needed in the first place. We payed $10,000 for an air conditioner and it did not appear to change the temperature on the second floor at all. We called and had someone check out the issue and were told that the duct work needed to be adjusted and that would order the part and everything would be covered under our warranty. Now it's a month later and no one has bothered to reach out to us to give us an update even though we had emailed them twice. AVOID BRENNAN-absolutely awful work. To add to all the other 1 star reviews: It took Brennan FIVE different appointments to properly install my new furnace and AC, purchased through Costco. After four failed attempts to pass inspection (really basic stuff), Brennan finally sent someone who knew what they were doing on the fifth attempt. He had to undo all the work the previous workers did and start from scratch. He couldn't believe how poorly that work had been done. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They have no credibility about time management and have no idea on how to manage their phone call representatives. My appointment was canceled 30 minutes before the original appointment and they didn't even have the courtesy to give me a call.( I called them to ask what the hell is going on.) Don't use this company!

Requested someone to come out and give some suggestions on improving the heat/cold distribution in my house. They charged $160 for the consultation and didn't really give any useful advice. I'm now looking around at other companies.
