Update: Unfortunately my experience with this company had gotten worse. Earlier this year in March, my outdoor unit had to be replaced. The technician recommended I purchase a Lennox variable speed unit that was supposed to be more efficient and communicate better with my wi-fi thermostat. I purchased the unit and had him install it. Had Brennan out for a bid as a referral from Costco. The sales guy was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I have now looked at these reviews online and am horrified to learn how they treat the customers after install. Why is Costco still referring to them and how has Brennan owners/management allowing such poor treatment of customers?

We went through Costco for our a/c and this is their installer. Everything was fine until winter came and time to turn on our furnace. We had multiple issues and had them out more times than I can count over a period of about 4 months, multiple different techs and nobody could seem to figure out our problem. Finally they figured out a spacer needed to be added from the ac to the furnace. This has not completely fixed our problem. I think all their techs really need more training. Zero respect for my time. Brennan replaced our 10K boiler and has cancelled TWICE last minute on the re-inspection with the City of Seattle. They're supposed to be here this morning-- the City Inspector is waiting on them and I am, too. Louise in scheduling RUDE when I called her to complain. Go with another company if your time is valuable.

Horrible service. Had appointment scheduled for 2-5 and technician did not show up. Called main office at 430 to check on status only to be told someone will be out between 2-5 and hung up on me. Of course no one showed up. Called the next day, only to get hung up on. Horrible company, stay away from them.

Update * would downgrade to a 0 if I could. We are working on our 3rd month without heat in the middle of winter. Sent several emails and left several voicemails over the past several hours, and still have not heard from anyone. Waiting for Costco to call me back. I just want heat during this snowy winter storm. I'm to the point that I might cry.

We had an issue with a furnace. Three separate technicians told us in person after looking at the prince there was something mechanically wrong. The salesperson said it sounded like a "dying cow". The motor was replaced that didn't work. There was talk about a blower wheel. There was talk about replacing the furnace again. This company sold us a heater with a defective piece (the technician told me all about how he gets to do these service calls where he just sticks a pin in a receptor to relieve a clog on a heater that's barely a year old and under warranty, then charges $140 for this. I get paying a deductible or service fee, but NOT when your own technicians tell me how frequently these brand new heaters clog the gas line and then charge $140 to come to my house, poke a pin in the hole (which I provided) and then charge me out the ass......... read more

Inquire upfront about charges for work. I was just presented a bill for $385 for 45 minutes of work and a parts kit that costs $50. My fault for not checking upfront but I had assumed I would be treated fairly - clearly a mistake on my part.
