I'd give zero stars, if allowed! Brennan has charged me 2 times for a new AC unit (once on my credit card, once via a check they received from the credit union as part of the loan). I have proof, from the credit union, that the check sent to them was cashed, yet Brennan is stating they don't know where the check is or where the funds are. Brennen installed a high efficiency furnace for us 11 years ago. They did an adequate but messy job with damaged sheet rock and exterior surfaces. When the furnace started acting up recently they were called and sent several different technicians on 6 different occasions. They replaced several parts costing $1600, but the furnace continued to malfunction. They finally found the issue to be a vent louver which cost nothing to remove. So I regret using them for the installation and for servicing our furnace.

Brenna solicited us for a regular furnace maintenance. We had them over in August. When we turned on the furnace later, the first time of the year, in mid September, you guessed, it didn't work. We had to hire a different furnace company to fix the problem. Also when the technician came to our house in August, he showed up on the day I was not home since they messed up their schedule. We had our water and heater installed by them dec/18 which was a Pain in the ass on its own trying to get them out Here and get the right paperwork. We had to have them come out after the installation because the inspector stated they did not finish there job. The company told us since the job was so easy instead of refunding some of the Money they would do free maintenance next year. Very disappointed once again withBrennan. I purchased my gas furnace from them and both times I needed service had a bad experience. The first time the tech didn't want to go into the unfinished basement because it was wet and he didn't want to soil his shoes. I know this sounds weird but it's true. The second time the dispatcher couldn't send anyone for a week and suggested that in between I put on extra sweaters.Ok. I get it they are busy but the sweater comment? tl;dr; They broke my furnace, they charge too much, and they didn't do anything to help! A few weeks ago Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning came to my house for a furnace checkup. The technician said that we had two capacitors that were not registering correctly and that they could replace them for $60 each. I agreed but now I wish I had not of. They won't honor the Lennox furnace manufacturer's warranty on the furnace they installed three years ago. The phone receptionist responded to my question about the warranty on my furnace and told me the one-year warranty had expired. She then said the repairman could come out the next day for $146 up front. I called Puget Sound Energy and they told me they could have a repairman out with a similar wait time--and there would be NO CHARGE for the initial assessment. These guys are the worst , don't buy anything from them.They con you into an expensive inspection every year .Guy came out to inspect , I had my cleaner let him in...because I have job. He wanted payment on the spot , she obviously didn't have it, so he left. This is scam operation , don't promote scammers, don't buy Anything from Brennan heating and air.
