We had them come out to perform regular maintenance on our tankless water heater system. The technician took apart the system and then when he put it back together, the unit started misfiring with a loud boom each time. The technician admitted that the problem started after his servicing. Then he left in a hurry, not even fixing the cover on the unit properly. Bad installation, left hole in my garage and after getting them to come fix another one they left in laundry room, they refused to assist. I held payment thinking this would help and they sent to collections. I paid everything off, but bad customer service coupled with bad installation means stay away! Received communication from the company. Said an installation Manager would reach out. No such luck, stay away from this place...

Quoted us a $1760 fix to replace a controller board and motor when the issue ended up being a burned out thermistor which we replaced for $3 off of Amazon. The tech claimed it wasn't possible to tell whether the motor or controller board was bad... except if you actually pulled out the motor/controller board you'd immediately see the burned out part. I think he meant they didn't have extra parts on hand and we unwilling to buy two parts then return one so they would've had to order one part, make a visit to our house to try... read more

Brennan's in Tukwila, WA did a yearly service on the heat pump, furnace & hot water tank on May 8th. I never had a gas smell until after Brennan's came out. The smell was periodic but strong. I had a couple of friends come over at different times to confirm the odor. I was very stressed. Brennan's sent out another tech to check & he said there was no leak. I could hardly sleep with worry. Horrible service from Brennan! They came in to refill the refrigerant twice and each time charged more than $674 without fixing the crack which is the root cause. The total man hour each time is just 1 hour. This is a robbery! And the latest one service was done in July 2017 which is less than one year ago by charging $336 for 6 lb of refrigerant, yet the AC is not functioning now which is just 9 month!

They never made it to our house. I was originally told the arrival window would be 9am-12pm. So I took the morning off work and waited. Close to noon I get a call saying that the window is actually 12pm-3pm. They made a mistake, apparently. So I took the afternoon off of work as well, frustrating, but shit happens. Repair master was professional, but it was way too expensive. Original estimate that I've got for diagnostics was $139+tax. When repair master came he said that there is leakage and that leakage and repair would be about $600. We agreed to this price assuming that problem would be fixed. So after he searched for the issue, he said that the problem is in the inside unit and it's not possible to fix it, so the solution would be to replace the coil and AC (since AC is was old in general). Called to get a quote for some work in our kitchen and told I would be charged for a quote. Well, OK. The tech came out and reviewed the job, took pictures and told me I would hear back with a quote shortly for the work that needed to be done. Downgrade from 3 stars to 2 stars: The technician came this morning as scheduled, a pleasant young man named Reese. He finished checking the furnace and informed me that everything looked fine - as expected, since it's a brand new furnace. However, when I asked why the filter wasn't changed, Mr. Reese told me that he only had 1" size filters while our furnace uses 5" filters.
