Have no heat in the house brought in a different company out to look at our 5 yr old furnace. That company said 3400 dollars in repair was needed. So a family member recommended this place because they were great to look into getting a new furnace. They came out the same day to give us a quote on a new furnace with possible ac because this is all I wanted. The consultant was friendly but very blunt. Not bad. I got a.c. and a furnace with them through Costco. What annoys me is how they will only honor the warranty if I have them service it every year.. So I have to spend a couple hundred every year for you to honor your warranty? I had my old furnace for 8 years and never had issues and never had it serviced.
