Excellent service. Their practice is very busy but they also have a large staff of handle the load.
We have taken our miniature poodle, Sallie, to Dr. Kristi Lee for the last 5 years. We always liked Dr. Lee's manner when we'd take Sallie for her wellness checks and appreciated her thoroughness as she would explain what she was seeing in her health. Recently, Sallie's breathing became labored and after a few visits and prescriptions, Dr. Lee suggested we take her home, love her up and let her eat anything that appealed to her. Dr Johnson is so compassionate and caring. His team is very kind and hard working. I would give 10 stars if I could.
My Luke Skywalkerr loves going here, and has been for going for the majority of his 15 years. They are gentle and caring and he really seems excited to go. Luckily he's had only good experiences there. He's unfortunately not well, went in for a visit, and they called to check on him after the visit. Now I've learned from other practices that you have to ask the costs up front, and BFPC has always been upfront and won't do anything without my consent. Dr. Johnson & all of the staff were super nice! Everyone was welcoming and the doctor made me feel so reassured!
We put our big boy down last week and received his paw prints and some hair and a seed in a paw print to plant ! So kind and thoughtful I couldn't go cause I just couldn't watch my boy leave, but my husband said that the staff was very attentive and nice Dr. Piñon was very kind and thoughtful had my husband take his time. My pet had a mass that 3 vets felt it was too complicated for them to perform the procedure to remove it. Dr. Lee took one look and immediately had a plan for surgery. The procedure and aftercare were exceptional. The surgical site looks wonderful and I would recommend Dr. Lee for any veterinary services. She is a Rock Star
I want to thank the staff and Dr Lee for the compassion they showed as we had to put our beloved Yogi down. I would highly recommend Brentwood Family
I highly recommend Brentwood Family Pet Care because they are the absolute best! I commute all the way from Oakland to see Dr. Riley Blount for my two furbabies. She is warm, compassionate, professional and honest, and has helped one of my dogs through some very difficult health issues. I recently added my new puppy as a client, knowing he will get the best care as well. The whole staff is friendly and so amazing. Thank you so much for all that you do!
