Having moved to Brentwood with 3 cats, it wasn't practical to keep our same vet that we used to visit in Walnut Creek. My neighbor actually recommended Brentwood Family Pet Care. Setting appointments has been easy (you can even do it online) with the exception of my first appointment there, as a a new patient. Every time I've gone, we're seen pretty quick and they take the cats to the room right away. I didn't like the service at Central Blvd Vet. The doctors there just don't seem to care much about the pets and get terrified with aggressive dogs. I found Brentwood Family Pet Care just about a mile away so I wanted to give them a shot. I called them and enrolled my maltipoo, You have to pay a new pet registration fee, but they do subtract it from the appointment. Moving to Brentwood from San Francisco was a huge change for me and my boy. Trying to look for a doctor that make us to feel comfortable with their experience and knowledge was a little hard until I met Dr. Lee :) In our first appointment, i tested her a little because I have family background with veterinarians and she showed me the knowledge that I was looking for and after that I bring my boy to her for everything! Great people working here too overall!!!

Today I received this beautiful card with our fur babies paws. This vet clinic truly helped walk us through this difficult moment to let our baby go. Our family is beyond grateful for their kind hearts and the support they gave us. We will never go elsewhere after this vet was willing to see our baby since our normal vet told us they had no time to see him.

We adopted this new little one and only want the best for all our fur babies. This veterinary clinic has the best staff and veterinarians. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Makes leaving the care in their hands better. I feel like I can trust them with the best care and advice possible. I would also bring my husky here if I didn't have to haul her all the way from Dublin.

This is the best Veterinary Hospital- the customer service is great and they are so friendly. They will always do their best to get you an appointment as soon as possible. All the vets and vet techs are amazing with all the animals, who I trust with my beloved pet. The location is great and the place is always clean and well organized.

I am so so so happy with this vet. We recently moved from Livermore and switched vets to here. I recently had to bring in my new pup due to a UTI, and the calm and reassuring manner at which these people conduct their business just doesn't stop amazing me - such a breath of fresh air from what I've been used to. They even called me a couple days after our visit to check in on us. Highly recommend! We've seen and been helped by: Dr. Lee, Dr. Ferro, Jose, and Miko! Love them!

Absolutely some of the best service I have ever experienced. My dog has been totally comfortable here and stress free. 10/10 recommend
