You get what you pay for-they're amazing. My pup is my baby and he had his first all day appointment for teeth cleaning under anesthesia. I missed him all day, and I knew he was probably missing me too because that's the kind of pup he is. Not only did they provide amazing medical service by Dr. Ferro, and team, but Melissa gave that extra love and care to my pup. I've had nothing but great experiences here with the staff and Dr. Lee. My last vet made me feel like my dog was just another patient they were trying to get in and out without really addressing any issues, but the staff here shows great consideration for my pets. And the prices were a little more affordable, too!

I just wanted to say how wonderful Brentwood Family Vet has always been but especially today. We had an appointment for my Stitch for seizures but they increased and they immediately took me early. They were wonderful with him and Dr. Johnson was great, we never felt pressured to do expensive or unnecessary tests, like at other vets. They also called me throughout the day to keep me posted on his condition. When we left one of the techs had drawn a Stitch on his prescription bag, it was the first time I'd smiled all day. I don't write reviews often, but Dr. Johnson is seriously the best vet I have ever met. My cat Meadow was having all sorts of issues, but I was reassured with their team and Dr. Johnsons incredible expertise about her care. I was included in every decision along the way, and every question was answered thoroughly. They even called today to check-in and see how she was recovering. I am beyond impressed and grateful.

I wish I could give Dr. Lee and team TEN stars! This is the best experience I have EVER had with any veterinary services business/organization (we've moved a lot, so we have been to many vet). What made this experience so great? Since the beginning, we have been impressed at the true consultation for every visit. Just got a new puppy and needed a new vet. I stumbled across Brentwood family pet care and checked out their reviews. I decided to give them a try for my new family member. They started my puppy on the puppy packaged and the experience was amazing. They are verrrry passionate about their animals. There is a calm atmosphere here where animals are always relaxed. I don't even know where to begin! We had to put our dog Jax down (gsp 8 years old) very unexpectedly. To say I was a mess is an understatement. Dr. Blout was amazing not only did her and her team welcome us with open arms (first time there) while our vet who we normally see didn't pick up the phone! I'm soooo thankful we went there. They really assured us we did all we could, and gave Jax the best life. I'm still heartbroken after his passing two weeks ago. I never go anywhere else! The love, care, and expertise at this clinic is simply unmatched. My dog is almost a year old but he's had his fair share of visits already (general wellness, kennel cough, mites, skin infections, neutering, etc). We have seen Dr. Lee, Dr. Blount, and Dr. Heath. All three DVMs have been genuinely honest and take their time evaluating/explaining. My dog is 120% comfortable here and absolutely LOVES these doctors (especially Dr. Lee) and their clinical staff. I continue to get excellent service for my aging cat from Brentwood Family Pet Care. They have been very sensitive to the quality of life for my pet. They have always been very transparent about care and cost. My cat has needed dental care and care for some serious infections and has been cared for with good outcomes. I get the results efficiently. When there is urgency they respond urgently during their business hours. Glad they are in business in my area.
