Was not able to get a same day appointment with my regular vet but it ended up being a blessing in disguise. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment we walked in I noticed the cozy atmosphere and accommodations and was welcomed by the friendly ladies at the counter. They quickly offered to help get my cat out of my car as I had my arms full with a wiggly toddler. My puppy was seen by this vet in July for 2nd opinion as a preop. He has received 1/2 of his surgeries and has lost weight on the good advice of the nurse. I will finish my review of the conduct of a staff member and violation covid health regulations on that particular appt. But overall the specific advice I went for was greatly appreciated. Im giving 3 stars. The take away is not appreciating a patients rights over a employees "word". But that's they're loss of business not mine.

We have gone to Brentwood Family Pet Care since we moved here in 2016. The staff are very engaged; they are friendly and relatable. We had a 12 yr old cat that had to be euthanized due to Cancer. We also have a 14 1/2 yr old Yorkie who is in excellent shape. Dr. Eric Johnson is our vet and he is great! We trust him completely! He knows our pet's history and takes the time to discuss their care with us and answers all questions. It is very easy to reach him by phone and / or email. We highly recommend BFPC!

Brentwood Family is amazing! We see Dr Lee, she is the most caring veterinarian I have ever met. She takes time in the room with our dogs, answers all my questions thoroughly and even calls to follow up to see how they are doing. All the staff that I have encountered have been very sweet and caring. During these tough times, it was a relief to know I could still get in right away with both my dog and cat that had separate issues, both of which were taken care of with the utmost care and experience. Everyone there is kind and the doctors are always patient and caring. I would highly recommend this Vet!

I moved to the Brentwood Area with my 14 year old Dog and Best friend Karma. It was a tough time for me but I needed advice on if it was the right time to send my baby to doggy Heaven . I found brentwood family pet care and they were so nice and helpful and understanding as I tried to talk to them as I cried like a baby. They were so caring and thorough when my Samson kitty got attacked by another cat. He can be a neurotic cat but they were so gentle... with both of us. Genuinely cared about him and his recovery as I received a follow up call. Thank you Dr Heath and Kersten!! He's healing very well after your care.
