I wanted to give Brentwood Family Pet care the attention they should receive. Our beloved 8 year old pit mix started having shoulder pain about a month ago, We had been to the vet multiple times, each time it was a pleasant visit and the staff was great. In between visits, Dr.Heath always took the time to return calls about medications and questions we had. We found out last week out fur baby had cancer, we would have to put him down. I want to give a shout out to a very special Vet at Brentwood Family Pet Care and the amazing staff who for many years have cared for my family rescue pets - cats and dogs. If you have not been to BFPC - you need to take them to Dr Christy Lee - the best Vet I have encountered in Alameda County, Contra Costa County and in OH before we moved here to CA in 1998. IMHO, Brentwood Family Pet Care is the best vet office in the area. I havent been to every vet office in the area but I have been to most of them. The doctors at BFPC are all excellent and I find the staff to be caring and compassionate even in the middle of a busy day at the office and the pandemic. I wont even entertain the thought of going to another vet instead of Brentwood Family Pet Care.

I have taken both my cat and dog to see Dr. Lee, I think they received great care. The staff takes you into the room right away, no waiting in your car. They are knowledgable and thorough. They treat the pets very well.

We have an elderly corgi that is having aging issues. Dr. Lichlyter is patient, returns calls and understanding to our dogs (and our) needs. I would highly recommend this Pet Care facility.

I continue to love taking my dog here. Everyone is wonderful, kind, friendly, and Dr Heath is so smart, attentive, reassuring, and loving to my 9 year old retriever mix. I would not go anywhere else.
