Brian is person to call if you’re needing a mortgage. He has the experience, expertise and contacts to get things done. Before meeting Brian we had 3 other loan officers attempt to make our deal work with no success. We are self employed and the property purchased was very unique. Without Brian we would not have our dream home.

I’m normally one of those people who dread any sort of application let alone the daunting task of one for a house purchase but Brian Fletcher at Guaranteed Rate is the most efficient and creative mortgage person I’ve ever met! Brin went out of his way to keep us informed and found ways to expedite our loan while also making it more affordable.
