Brian makes himself available 24/7 for his clients. He makes us feel as if his number one priority is processing our loan for our new home. He patiently explains every detail asked of him. He is highly efficient and always returns calls and emails like lightening. He is a great credit counselor and was able to provide us excellent advice on how to improve our credit so we could own a home. We are so thankful Brian was our loan officer.
The process of buying a home is definitely stressful, but with Brian's communication, updates, and clarifications; made the process as smooth as possible. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely matter , making this process/experience great.
Brian was an excellent communicator... very knowledgeable. He often checked in with me throughout the entire building process to see if everything was okay and if I had any questions.
Brian was there to answer every question we had. His response time was almost immediate after we would contact him. He would explain things as many times as we needed until we fully understood. Excellent all around!

He is very friendly and he lets us know who and what the others in the loan team will be in contact with. We find that with his assistance we had a very smooth closing of our loan.
