Brian makes himself available 24/7 for his clients. He makes us feel as if his number one priority is processing our loan for our new home. He patiently explains every detail asked of him. He is highly efficient and always returns calls and emails like lightening. He is a great credit counselor and was able to provide us excellent advice on how to improve our credit so we could own a home. We are so thankful Brian was our loan officer.

Brian kept us updated regarding our loan process both by phone and email (even while we were closing). He helped us set up the digital portal for KBHS Loan. He is very friendly and he lets us know who and what the others in the loan team will be in contact with. We find that with his assistance we had a very smooth closing of our loan.
