Poor communication of how to close and closing regulations. My closing date continually moved the day before multiple times, due to a mistake on their end it pushed me even further behind and they did nothing to fix it for me.

Brian was not willing to do the work upfront and work for us.. He was adamant about getting us into an FHA Loan which forced us into going into the market where we found Tracy Moch at Gateway Mortgage who worked diligently to get us a great rate, help us improve our credit score, buy down out mortgage, and got us a great P&I.. You know, the things that Brian should have done.. We ended up getting what we have because we did the footwork.. Hated having to go through KB Mortgage..

Initial phone conversation with Brian was off-putting. Both my Wife and I felt he was condescending in the initial phone conversation. Change of loan processor with no notification, or explanation. Multiple request (3 times) were made for already provided forms. Is there no sharing of information between the team?

I will never and I mean never buy a kB home ever again your craftsmanship is gone down the drain and there is no responsibility for any wrong doing kB is a horrible company and I’m making sure people don’t make the same mistake I made ps Brian was a amazing person to work with and Vicki graves is amazing and mike your other staff you need to re-evaluate your company sucks and trust me I will never buy anything from you guys again

Brian wasn't really the problem, I feel that he did what he could to get me the information I needed. The issue was KBHS not being able to communicate an accurate closing date so I was forced to take financial losses due to changes. This was unacceptable and I feel like KBHS as a whole did not care at all that their delays were costing me so much money. This company made me feel like a number, not a customer and for that reason I will not recommend KBHS to anyone for a lender.

My problem was more with KB and their processes more so that Brian. Overall we had a horrible experience with most all branches of KB and would NEVER use them again. For the most part Brian did ok at working with us and providing information but his assists was not very efficient or helpful

I received wrong information from the loan processor several times. I would have to call Brian to get clarification and to get it fixed. I did not have any communication with him on the amount of money to bring to closing and come to find out the email I received had the wrong amount to bring. I had to call Brian into closing to figure it out only to find out had been given one of the credits twice so I had to write a check out of my checking account that I did not expect.not a happy one
