Unfortunately (and unfairly), I initially provided a low rate review based on lack of knowledge of the implications (and complications) of the Loan process, not knowing that it can be even worse and there are many factors involved in how soon the loan takes to be approved. I had the pleasure to work with Brian and he was not only very due diligent on processing my documents, but the level of communication with my person was very professional and resourceful.
