The office is very clean. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and nice. The doctor was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Finding a good dentist is hard work, and I'm so glad to have found Bridgeport Smiles. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and best of all, I don't get lectured when I go here. The doctors and cleaning technicians make recommendations and aren't overly admonishing when I admit that I don't floss regularly, which makes it more of a pleasant experience. I came here last night and was beyond pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff, yet still so friendly. I will be coming back in a few weeks for a root canal and crown, and I have full confidence in this staff. So happy to have found them, as my family has had a couple of really bad experiences with chicago dentists in the past!

I find it weird reviewing a dentist, but here I go. Had a plethora of procedures done: cleaning, Fillings, crowns and caps. Soon I'll be getting a crown extraction, and if it's terrible ill update my review. I've had two doctors and both have been professional and helpful. All the support staff are always super friendly, and make the appointments smoother. Dr. Wahi and her assistant Chris were great! The appointment was for my 7 year old daughter and they were very gentle and explained everything very well. They made her and I both feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and their staff to anyone. :)
Finally I found the best dentist in Chicago, for years I've been terrified of going to see the dentist after having horrible experiences at other dental offices. Thank you Elizabeth for making my dental visit as comfortable as possible . I can literally watch tv and get a massage while I'm getting my cleaning done! (since the chair gives massage ) . The five stars are for Dr. Jeff, who works on Fridays. I first made an appointment at Bridgeport Smiles due to a tooth pain that I was experiencing when chewing, and have had multiple appointments related to this very frustrating problem. I've had anxiety at the dentist since having some bad experiences as a child, and so I made the mistake of waiting too long between visits. My last visit was four years ago and after multiple researches, I decided to schedule an appointment with Bridgeport Smiles because they have good reviews on yelp and they are open on Saturday.
