Place used to be great with reputable doctors but the staff seems to be different every time I've gone in the last few times. Today I went in for a 2pm appointment and it was pretty clear that they had completely overbooked that time slot as there were 20 people in the waiting area. I'm guessing it's a common thing because one guy came in and immediately asked to reschedule because he didn't "want to wait two hours again." After waiting 45 minutes, I went up to the receptionist desk to see if I could reschedule but the two... read more

When this place open. All the dentist were so professional. They all had pride and did the procedures professionally. The last 3 times I visit. It gets worst each time. It's going down hill. They are just trying to milk the insurance money !!! Not professional. Will not recommend this place. Sorry all the good dentist no longer work there anymore. Stay away from this place.

This place is a nightmare. I just moved to the area and want to get established with a new dentist. I had been to my family dentist 6 months prior to this visit, and was written a clean bill of health. When I went into Bridgeport Smiles, they told me that I had 13 (!!) cavities. THIRTEEN cavaties. They quoted me around $3000 to have them all filled. I left and decided to get a second opinion. I went to a dentist recommended by a coworker who said that I did NOT have 13 cavities. They literally lied to me about my health and ... read more

My Gawd that was the worst experience I've had in a dental office. I called in for a cleaning and to have a few teeth looked at that were bothering me. They took xrays focusing on 1 tooth I flinched at when a girl tapped on it. Dr came in, gave me a referral to have 2 extractions and sent me on my way. I reminded the girl I also asked for a cleaning and to look at tooth but apparently I wasn't scheduled for that so she asked me when could I come back. I took off today for this! But it couldn't be done. Whatever. I asked the... read more

Bridgeport Smiles is hands down the worst business I've ever felt with. They put in two faulty bridges, caused further damage to my preexisting condition, causing me to have to spend thousands of additional dollars, and I'm still without a bridge. Haven't been able to eat with the right side of my jaw for a year and a half. I'm am currently filing a law Suit. Please do yourself and those you know a favor and do not go to Bridgeport dental for any of your dental needs.

Awful experience :( I went for a cleaning and they told me I needed a deep cleaning (I'm 35 no cavities). Then they went to check to see if insurance would cover it. When they got the no, they texted me and then made me wait 30 mins in the chair. Finally a receptionist came to tell me to check my texts? I was like just tell me what's going on? She told me insurance wasn't covering it so it would be $800. I said I couldn't afford that, could I just have a regular cleaning which my insurance covers. They flat out refused, told... read more

I will just write a fact here. not trying to be subjective. They said I needed crown and root canal. With my insurance it will charge around 1500$. I did not have enough money at the moment. they suggest me that I can just remove my teeth for 360$. and I went to another dentist. I just needed filling and paid 60$ with insurance of course. Not saying a cheaper option is always better. but When someone charges me, I expect to get what I am thinking getting it was very remarkable. I am really glad I did not take their ... read more

I was pretty disappointed because there is no option to choose what service you would like to receive.
