Asian female Doctor not sure of her name was very unprofessional and receptionist lied about what I'm scheduled for to get a booking, wasting both my time and theirs. Doctors showing aggression to patients when there is a disagreement with the booking.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would definitely do it . They SUCK! I despise this place. They canceled my appointment 2 hrs before I was due to arrive and didn't give me another one for another month. Every time I go there I have a different doctor and a different assistant. Every single time. Their service is horrendous.i wish I had never been referred here. I would rather pay more than be dealing with these people. They are rude and have no bedside manner. I rarely leave any review unless the place is insanely bad. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. The lady repeatedly talked over me and kept saying that I was wasting her time while refusing to listen to what I have to say!

She did not touch any of the teeth in front of my permanent brace. When I asked her to clean those teeth, the hygienist gave a sigh, and said that had to be done by the dentist. Do not recommend this place. Our usual dentist out in Orland Park had a family emergency so cancelled on us last minute and wouldn't be able to fit us in until 6 months later. I'm all about dental hygiene so didn't want to miss out twice a year dental hygiene/care. I just searched for a nearby place by home out of convenience, but this was a wrong decision. I already had increasing problems with this office over the last few years and the last time I went I was left with a bruise on my cheek after aggressive Novocain shot. Needed more fillings done and couldn't get in for months and I go to get a single filling done today and a dentist i'd never seen before DROPPED the drill in my mouth creating a hole under my tongue! Was scheduled for an appointment for my daughter on a specific day and the day of the appointment they called so I can re-schedule. So we re-scheduled and made the trip there on the day of the newly scheduled appointment. Had text reminders sent to me and also an email with an altered time of the same date. We had appointment today at 4pm. We were early twenty minutes early since my son get out school at 2:30. However, after we checked in, we waited for an hour until 4:20, then I asked the front desk how long is the wait. She told us there's still a person that has not being seen in front of us. And fixing the cavity for that person will be another hour long and their system has been updated and it might be a little bit delay.
