worst receptionist ever... one word "rude". Once you offer bilingual services, please don't fool them. They don't speak English doesn't mean they are stupid. Please respect to your job and your customers, be professionally. Highly not recommended.

This office is a complete joke. New owners took over within the past few months & I can tell since then the office overall is just a shit show. I came in for a crown prep and somehow I was over charged for the procedure and then the "manager" Jennifer which I feel is a complete air head didn't sound like she even knew what she was talking about then claims she is gonna credit my account for the over charge and will put it back on my card. Then proceeds to tell the girl in the front to take a photo copy of my credit card!! Wh... read more

I had an appointment at 3pm today. Around 10am they called me and asked about my x-rays film I had from my last dentist. They should have told me a day before about it so I don't have to left work early to go home and get it. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, I checked in and gave my ID, insurance card and x-rays film I had to receptionist. Around 30 minutes later they called me in the room. Once I got into the room I found out there's many room inside with many people working in there. The first dental hygienis... read more

I only went here because it was very close to my house. If there were any better dental clinics I wouldn't go here. The receptionists are rude in a cold and abrupt way. I got here on time for a filling and had to wait 50 minutes before I got in the dental chair. The dentists also don't give you any information about the status of your teeth unless you really pry. They honestly don't even talk to you and treat you like a factory job. Is there any aftercare I should worry about? Do I just leave now? Do I need more fillings? Do... read more

That is a complete lie. They never took my blood pressure and that dog was not a service dog. Lol the lady was outside and they told her to come in. So now this dentist is falsifying dental records. Priceless.......... I had a root canal. Never took blood pressure that time either. What a joke

Business response:

Mike- It is standard procedure in our office to take blood pressure for any procedure that requires numbing of the mouth. A deep cleaning, such as you needed, requires local anesthetic and can be dangerous for anyone with uncontrolled high blood pressure. When you were here for the first half of the cleaning, blood pressure was measured then as well and recorded in your chart. Our hygienist is definitely qualified to take blood pressure as well as do a deep cleaning. She is well trained in the United States. Comments on ra... read more

Over a year ago, I had a molar extracted by Dr. Syed. He had a very difficult time of it, struggled for a long time to get it out. To this day, I have trouble chewing on that side because the extraction site is still somewhat tender. By contrast, last week I had another molar extracted at Midland Oral Surgeons. No pain, no swelling, the whole thing took about 15 minutes. Yes, the people at Bridgeport Smiles are very friendly, but if you need an extraction, my advise is - consult a specialist.

This is my first time going to this place and will be my last time. I schedule an appointment for teeth cleaning. The guy did a messy job, only have it done in 10 mins and for sure it's not clean yet. I have to schedule another appointment for another dental clinic to have it done again. The worst part is he said I have cavity on one teeth but when I do x- ray at the other clinic, they said my teeth are fine with no cavity. I guess they just not professional enough and want money. Won't recommend anyone to go there!

My 2 Years old's first time dentist was h here, and ti as disaster. The Dr. does not know how to deal with kids at all. The dr. gave up on our daughter as soon as he saw her crying. But she cried how he approached and seeing his attitudes. I went there once my self and had bad experience. We sent her there because they take our insurance and she only needs 2 year old check up. But he only saw when she opened her mouth for a second. I do not know why they even have pediatric dentist there. I caution you if you even consider t... read more

I am Dr. Neepa Modi, owner of Bridgeport Smiles, and just now reading of your unpleasant experience at our office. I was not in the office the day of your appointment and disappointed to hear we did not address your concerns to satisfaction. Yes, unfortunately we have been busy and therefore our patients have had to wait some time for basic treatment. But as busy as we are, we try to accommodate everyone as best we can. Had I known of this particular incident, and for patients who are in extreme pain, I personally would ha... read more
