While I appreciate the professional care I ultimately received from the dentist, I felt that my interaction with Navreet was unnecessarily rude and condescending, which left me feeling disrespected as a patient. The office staff on Sand Lake Rd, in Orlando is extremely unprofessional! There is SOOOO much I could say about this location, but I would NEVER recommend them to any patient.

My husband just went in for a filling and crown work ad was going to use his credit card for points until he was told it would be a $10 charge to use a credit card...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICE to use a credit card, most people that have high costs medical bills charge it but at this price perhaps we'll be looking at finding another dentist. My Invisalign experience began great, but I have been waiting for almost a year since May 2025 for my final trays, which is delaying my progression. I have been in contact with the office manager and have never been given a delivery date from the lab about when the trays will arrive. I also submitted a complaint to the corporate office and have not received any response. I feel I have been given the runaround so I am taking my business elsewhere to finish my Invisalign treatment.

Do NOT use this location! They lack communication & will lie about dental charges. Pay very close attention to your dental claims, if you use dental insurance. I received a surprise call from corporate 3 days ago, regarding a balance from Oct 2025 service. I was advised by the office manager of this location back in November that I have no balance & all is good. Welp, that was definitely a lie & 5 months later, I'm told by corporate there is a balance! Again, DO NOT use this location!!!
