The worst dentist ever.I made an appointment to clean my teeth and don't care about the checkup but alright with that and was told yes we will clean your teeth. Drove 1 1/2 hours from Payson to clean my teeth and all they wanted was a commitment to a lifetime plan which I rejected and at that point told I needed to find another dentist. I'll bet the charged my insurance anyway.But we'll see about that. I'm tempted to sue.

Horrible dental office they overcharged me for wisdom teeth removal even with insurance, did not tell me anything about the healing process or what to expect the staff there completely dismissed my pain minutes before I was sedated, you can tell they just want money they do not care about your well being. the oral surgeon sits there and talks about his drunk nights with the dental assistants in front of everybody in the waiting room it’s absolutely disgusting Do not go here unless you have a couple grand to spend on shitty c... read more

unprofessional rude staff, doctors and staff don't look at your chart, and don't care about pain or looks. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. WORST dental experience ever. teeth look terrible, crooked, sharp and jagged, can't bite right, oh and I went into an adrenal crisis (thanks to using the WRONG anesthesia) told them 2 times i was in pain and going into crisis and they just kept pushing me thru like it was ok and telling me it was anxiety. staff even admitted they didn't look at my chart prior to working on me and also that they... read more

First, they advertise themselves as an emergency dentist when they never actually have an emergency dentist during regular days or work hours. My first time there I left in tears because I’m very nervous of the dentist and the female foreign very strong accent dentist had the nerve to tell me to stop crying. I came back on a separate occasion and had a tooth removed. Horrible service. The women at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. As the primary insurance holder, I requested an itemized receipt for my son's treatment for insurance reimbursement purposes, and they refused to provide it. This lack of basic customer service and understanding is completely unacceptable. I expected more professionalism and courtesy when dealing with patients and their families. I am the daughter of TWO of your elderly patients. My parents are some of the nicest people that you would ever want to meet. They were both very excited to come to your facility and purchase their new teeth. I talk to them daily. Then a few weeks later, they were going back for adjustments, then to try and get them fixed, and another adjustment and trying to get them fixed again, then another adjustment and then again, TRYING TO GET THEM FIXED AGAIN. If I could give zero stars, I would. Bright Now Dental just pulled one of the shadiest moves I've ever experienced from any healthcare provider. I was charged a full YEAR later for services I clearly refused at the time of my appointment. A YEAR. That's not just unprofessional--it's shady and borderline fraudulent.
