My husband went in the Frederick office as a new patient to check on a tooth that has been bothering him. They took X-rays and never did they once touch his teeth told him he needed to have a crown. They gave him an estimate out of pocket over $1000 with insurance. Went and got a second opinion and all it was a cavity that needed filled. I can only say that the lady in the front was very nice and professional.
Staff are RUDE. NASTY. CONDESCENDING. Just because you use Medicaid doesn't mean you should be treated any differeny. I was JUST approved. I didn't have all the info they needed. The woman spoke down her nose AT me and like I was a child. If I was a little more confrontational I would've cussed her out right there.
very rushed and they don't give anything for tooth extractions not even antibiotics.
Medications were not called in so I could pick them up after having 11 teeth pulled and root canal/etc... pharmacy is Next door, and I was bleeding and screaming in pain for 2 hours unnecessarily
I was told 2 weeks prior to my visit that I would be able to finance this appointment without a credit check. They told me over the phone I could pay %20 that day and there would not be a credit check. When I arrived they brought my child back and worked on him before discussing billing. When I was filling out the paper work I asked if my social was needed because I realized my social was asked for. I asked again if they would be needing a credit check and she confirmed no. Nobody answering phones or returning calls. it's Friday 6/28 and I've been calling and waiting since Tuesday 6/25 and nothing yet. My son had fillings done last week and still is in pain. He tells me part fell out and he's got a hole in the tooth. He's taking ibuprofen way too often. how can I get a call back? I like the orthodontist but that's not enough to keep me here.
I’ve been waiting over 2 plus months to get a bad tooth fixed. This is ridiculous. How do you tell someone what needs done then just leave them hanging for months and months without helping them? I cannot believe anyone in their right mind would go to this place!

Bright Now Dental is the worst dental office ever. They over billed me and defrauded me on my insurance benefits. They got double paid and won't refund my money or return calls.
