Calls me the day before my appointment to cancel to reschedule me three months later. It is very disturbing how they would push me back three months almost 4 months for a cleaning all because of my insurance the lady at the front desk was being very rude and unprofessional, and I beg you guys not to ever come here they are terrible people.

Totally crap company. Had top teeth pulled and dentures put in never got a estimate then came all the bills. Then a week later tried to call after hours due to an emergency gushing blood from my mouth went to the er they stopped it. Never got any call back from company had to call them 3 days later. No one should use this company.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The whole place smells like a used bathroom, very very very outdated, super unclean. They tried charging $1500 for just a deep cleaning! Once I told them I can’t pay 20% of that the front desk lady told me to take off my own bib and meet her up front, I’m still in the dental chair with all the tools in front of me and a hose wrapped around my arm rest, so after I get myself out of that mess I walk up to the front and the lady ask if I even want to reschedule my appointment. Horrible experience, they will upsell you with some procedure that isn’t necessary. Overpriced, plus during the procedure the doctor and her assistant keep gossiping about their peers and colleagues which makes them work slower. For a root canal crown it took 3 weeks and we were leaving sooner so we didn’t know it will take that long because they told us after the procedure. When we told them our concern they BLAMED US after for not letting them know where in fact they should have let us know that the crown will take that lo... read more

The Visalia location was great until 2010, then it went downhill. Since starting in 2004, I’ve had over 30 new DDs. However, I had work done last year and I’m still waiting for delivery after paying $2,500 out of pocket. Still waiting for the office manager to call me back. Chart #1000

I went in for what they called a deep cleaning. I was charged just under three hundred dollars. I was okay with that and I was told after the deep cleaning I would be back on the normal routine cleanings. What they don't tell you is they clean half your teeth, only charge for half and you come in again and charge you again for the other half.
