They don't honor the appointment time. Every time, I come they say I do not have coverage. Sometimes, I have to reschedule. My insurance says I do have coverage! It takes like half an hour to get in, then another half an hour to see the dentist and another appointment for a cleaning? Every time that I come is the same. The front desk staff “Lilly” said I needed 30 bone grafts at $500 each. She said it would cost $1,500. The real cost was $15,000. When I told her the mistake she laughed…. Then when she was giving the quote to my family member who was helping me pay for the work she AGAIN gave the wrong price of $1,500. That’s a HUGE mistake to make once let alone twice. I'm finding a new dentist due to the fact that I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time in the waiting room to even go back. Then another 1.5 hours to even be seen by the dentist today. When he decided he could remove my tooth and said he had to get stuff ready for it, he then went and seen other patients. I ended up leaving with tooth pain still because they told me they "didn't know" how long it would be til he came back to me. I was not waiting another 2 hours for my tooth to be removed. Waited over 2 weeks for a dental form for my child’s school. Everytime I asked about it I got a run around. It shouldn’t take two weeks to get a quick form filled out. Not good service at all. Why should I trust them with my child if they can’t even be reliable.
Horrible experience with dr. Jenson Vasquez and manager Laurel Den Haan dr. Vasquez made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never recommend anyone to go to him. The office manager didn’t even do anything about it she played it off as a joke.
If you'd like to be given many different answers from different people and sent everywhere only to be sent nowhere this is the place for you. I paid cash for a new bridge as my previous bridge broke. My appointment was for 10 am. Got in the chair to have a tooth pulled. My insurance covers 1 per year. They told me they couldn't pull the tooth unless I had some dumb puddy stuff put in cause of the place it was. In all my year of having almost all my molder pulled, never needed this done. They offer supposedly discounted prices and yet those prices are much higher than other places. The information they offer is confusing. I had a crown done at another clinic for $850, Bright Now Dental offer it for $1,750 and with a discount for $1,120. I do not recommend it due to the high prices and the lack of customer information. Awful. Terrible. Horrendous. First time I went in was for a consultation and I went alone. I waited two hours for someone to even come in a speak to me. By the time the periodontist came and spoke to me he was AWFUL and rude. Second time I made my husband come back with me and the doctor treated me like a normal person and was kind. Third time my husband wasn’t aloud back and I was treated so bad I left crying.
