DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was basically blown off. I let them know the two crowns from a month ago still hurt, sent them xrays, new dentists treatment plan, called/messaged them several times.... I got a new dentist to look at it. She showed me on X-rays how the crowns do not fit flush. They have "open margin" and exposure, and need to be redone properly. Terrible. I was in need of dentures and later, implants. They do not give you sedation when extracting your teeth. I was told they would give a pill to relax and no need for sedation. Do not believe them , it was very painful. and when they made the dentures for me, they were no where near looking like me. I told her that those are not me teeth. They didn't even resemble me teeth. your location on Thomas Johnson drive in Frederick MD overcharged me by over $400 (compared to patient responsibility on my eob's). when I called this office to discuss this issue I was told the office manager needed to call me back when she got in....some other woman "Barbara" called me back. she said she asked the dentist and office manager and too bad- then she hung up on me when I asked to speak with the office manager. absolutely terrible.
terrible location. They charged me over $400 more than patient responsibility on my EOB's and when I tried to address it with them, the person hung up on me and said too bad. they Fraudulently will bill you.
Save your time and money. Do not go here! They over charge for their procedures and not through at all very absent minded doctors and management is very unresponsive when it comes to financial matters. you will be stuck paying 10 year for 1 root canal which they do not even do they call out someone else to do! they only care about money here and not the patients care. Full of empty promises. We’re going on 8 weeks now waiting for an upper plate. Every Day another excuse. We were promised this order would be expedited, over a week ago, NOW they keep saying they can’t get ahold of the supplier, because they’re in CA, another time zone. Sooooo the office is still open when CA time rolls around. Been promised call backs for 3 days now and they always sound so surprised when we call Every Day for an update on delivery.
