horrible!! Dont do it. had a tooth extraction and it was messed up. Now every year or so I have to have xrays to make sure what was left below gums doesn't get infected.

I had to get a root canal last week and they didn’t have time to finish it. I was rescheduled to come back today to have a cleaning and remove the temp filling and get a crown. 45 minutes in to my appointment the dentist came in and said she didn’t have time to complete the work today. I had taken off work and now had to take off another day of work to come back again. I’m not sure why they scheduled me if they didn’t have time to do the work. Super Poor service all the way around i give them 0 , 0, 0 stars Do not go to this place they take your money and then do nothing and they hate Hispanic people i paid a deposit and got thinking done had to find a better doctor i even had insurance and out of pocket this is the worst location and Dr Brian Griffiths has his family old lady with gray hair working there she hate Hispanic people do not go here !! I had a great first experience at Bright Now and they have gone down each visit to the point where I am FURIOUS. Our last cleaning (over 6 months ago at this point) they messed up both my and my son's appointments and I had to come back. I have yet to have another appointment because they keep rescheduling or cancelling. After I called today to try and confirm my appointment for next week for us- they told us YET AGAIN that they would need to reschedule us. This is now the 4th time they have done this! I am done.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She’s from Turkey but speaks basic English. Unfortunately, she had a terrible experience with the assistants and office staff instead of helping her, especially considering her limited English proficiency. One assistant even told her, “This is not your country; this is America, and you can exit,” after they informed her that they couldn’t perform the procedure. I've been a patient with Bright Now dental for years and have enjoyed doing business with this office until now. I went in for a regular cleaning and have never had an issue with my teeth. Not one in all the years I've been with them. Dr. Masood told I needed laser cleaning for deposits. I declined stating I'm in a hurry for work and just want my cleaning. She tries over and over to convince me to do the laser cleaning. I decline. Then someone else comes in to tell me the cost of the laser cleaning. I tell her the same thing... read more

Appointment was at 4, I was there at 3:30 as requested. Had paperwork complete and in by 3:45. Had an insurance hiccup but no reason for me to be turned away at 4:42 stating they can’t get me in after 7 other people was seen and the last just within moments of being told. Don’t go here - trust the reviews.
