I went to Bright Now Dental in Northgate for the first time for what I believed was a routine cleaning. When I arrived, I was told I needed an exam and a filling. At no point did anyone explain the cost or tell me that the filling would not be fully covered by my insurance. I honestly am so upset about this place. I went in for an emergency I had with a cracked tooth. They didnt even work on the tooth I came in for nor did they listen to me or read my paperwork. If they did they would know the tooth that was suppose to be taken care of. They were so worried about extracting which I was okay with extracting the chipped tooth. Staff was great!! Dentist was not. I went in for an emergency appointment to get tooth pulled because of toothache. And Yes majority of my teeth are bad. She check all my teeth and not very gently..Instead of helping me with this toothache She just told me they all need to be pulled and I need dentures. She said Why pull just that one when all need to be pulled? I told her I didn't have the money now to do that. Then she told her assistant we are done and setup an appointment for oral surgeon. Absolutely no help at all!!

Absolutely ridiculous! All about money but don't care about the people! Not everyone qualifies for care credit!! I was told when I scheduled the appointment that they take in house payments (talked to 3 different people that confirmed) then was told when I get there that they don't!
