My husband went to have a tooth pulled. They told him just to feel pressure and he said it was the worst pain he had ever experienced even worse than wisdom teeth. Said he told them this and they told him it was just pressure he should be feeling. He also asked after they began for gas because it was so painful and they said he didn’t need it. He said he will never be using bright now dental again especially after having to pay all out of pocket for this awful experience.

I do not recommend it. very bad the attention of the staff, especially the receptionist, she is extremely rude.
My experience at your clinic yesterday and today was awful! Yesterday my appointment was at 1220 and I got there at 1145. I was in the waiting area for about 20 mins and then was called for my xray. That went well, the technician was great. After I was seen by the dentist 20 minutes later, I was left waiting for another one and a half hours until a technician came and said that the dentist was with a patient and was running behind. There scheduling times for orthodontic care is absolutely atrocious. Only a day and a half is offered Friday and Saturday before 2pm like seriously. If you have a hectic schedule like I do do waste your time.

Today my grandmother went to this place for her appointment at 1pm. The manager was unprofessional and disrespectful and acted with prejudice towards my grandmother. When my, 74 year old, grandmother asked if she could sit down and call for a ride inside the building, the manager told her to get out and call for the ride outside and to wait there. Not yesterday,. that wasn’t my normal gal that cleans my teeth, the one yesterday seemed real aggressive and was applying a lot of pressure and poked my gums a lot. I told her to ease up wtf. But I just loved the gal that took the x-rays and did the polishing. She was real Funny.
