rude staff. also the receptionist that works there will say anything to get your $40 once she realizes you don't have insurance. I was told on the phone that I could get my wisdom tooth pulled if I came in for an x-ray at the same time. So I took three days off of work only to find out that not only do they not do that, The dentist working on me didn't even know that's why I was there until I brought it up. these people are scam artists

I have a tooth that is cracked that needed to be fixed. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed and was told that the dentist had previously recommended I get a root canal (back in May) on the tooth that had just recently chipped. I took the day off of work to go and get a root canal/to fix the chipped tooth. My appointment was at 10 and they were late, only by about 5 minutes. My dental care is current, I’ve always been very particular about my teeth and gums. I was with the same dentist in my home state for eleven years. I called this Bright Now office to get established with a local dentist. After xrays and painful gum probing, the dentist came in, looked in my mouth for about 30 seconds and left without a word. I have scheduled appointments with them and four times now out of the few years I’ve been going there my entire family has shown up and “oh, I apologize, we don’t have you on the schedule,” “oh you should have received a call, we don’t have a hygienist,” “you’re not on the schedule.” Excuses, excuses and more excuses! Worst cleaning I ever had - just polished my teeth, didn’t scrape tarter. Hygienist said she couldn’t scrape tarter because she’d have to go below the gum line. Bull!!

I scheduled the first appointment of the day. I called and checked in early. I specifically asked how long until I was seen. 10 minutes was the answer. 30 minutes after appointment time I followed up and was told to wait. Finally I was seen and asked how I was. My reply was ignored. 23 seconds later the dr was ready to leave telling me to schedule with my regular dentist. No respect for patients and no apologies or reason for making me wait.
