I wouldn't reccomend this dentist to anyone. My first appointment was in February of 2020 for a cleaning x-rays and to have my wisdom tooth looked at. I arrived early and still had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time to be taken back. When I was taken back they said something was wrong with the panaramic xray machine so they had to use the bite wing for my whole mouth x-rays including my wisdom tooth which wasn't a good experience it had to be jammed in the back of my mouth and was painful to do. Horrible experience from day one. Overcharged for services and I’ve had nothing but problems with the work they’ve done. If I could give 1/2 star or less I’d do it

3 hrs in n out, worst then the DMV. Wanted yearly cleaning of teeth covered by MY insurance. They took x-ray n said i need gum cleaning will cost $1600.00 have to do that first before the can just clean my teeth. Spoke with office manager n she said if u don't have the money u can finance it. Until I get that done they won't do just regular cleaning of MY teeth. SO WRONG THEY r just for the money. Where does it say they can't clean teeth, that's MY yearly ✔ up. Just taking advantage of A Senior 😞😞😞😞😞😞😎

Front desk staff and dental assistants are kind and good at what they do. however I can not recommend this practice because of Dr. Sandhu, he shows no compassion or patience for his patients. When I took my 19 yr old daughter there for her wisdom teeth removal he said he could not remove them we would need an oral surgeon. I asked if we would be able to find one "oh there's just not any who will take your (state) health insurance". and with that he laughed and left the room. We as a family don't go there anymore

Dentist is not that friendly, male hygienist is too rough with patients and they quote you one price and then tell you that you owe more when you check out! I have good dental insurance which allows two cleanings a year yet when I go to Bright Now, I end up paying over $100 a visit. I won’t be going back to them and would never recommend them to family or friends.

I arrived for my 10am appt. got a check up but waited about 40 mins and had to leave. Very slow staff. I left without my annual cleaning. Didn’t want to spend 2+ hours at the dentist.

Sitting in reception area waiting for 86 year old mom to finish her first visit and noticed that all the incoming people filling out their paper work pens are just being reused over and over during COVID. I mention this to the woman receptionist and she says “oh yeah we sometimes sanitize them”. She then proceeds to pick up the pens and put them back in the jar unsanitized. OMG! This is a medical facility! At least dispose the pens after use in a separate jar to be cleaned each night. Spend a few bucks and buy a days wort... read more
