This was our last lunch in NY before flying home on Christmas Day and it was delicious! We all had different burgers, and all were absolutely delicious. Very generous portions so unfortunately we had no room for the milkshakes or desserts.
Friendly and responsive, yet unobtrusive staff, very reasonable waiting time and excellent eating. The dessert alone was worth the experience (chocolate blackout isn't just a name - it's a prophecy) Definitly a recommendation.
Excellent matzo ball soup!! It fed 3 of us 😋 Chicken pot pie was delicious

Christmas Day I suggest making reservations via Open Table to avoid a wait.
We had lunch at the Brooklyn Diner on Xmas day. The food was very good. The service was also good. A very pleasant lunch.
The only thing the went wrong was they called to verify my reservation. When i called back they could not find it. I use open table to elliminate the human error element. This verification was unnecessary and a source of frustration.
We were 15 minutes early and our table was waiting for us. Great staff- kids and wife were happy. Excellent food. We’ll be back!
