Omg the food is amazing
Christmas Day I suggest making reservations via Open Table to avoid a wait.
We had lunch at the Brooklyn Diner on Xmas day. The food was very good. The service was also good. A very pleasant lunch.
The only thing the went wrong was they called to verify my reservation. When i called back they could not find it. I use open table to elliminate the human error element. This verification was unnecessary and a source of frustration.
We were 15 minutes early and our table was waiting for us. Great staff- kids and wife were happy. Excellent food. We’ll be back!
With friends and it was very pleasant
Four of us (2 couples) make the Brooklyn Diner our brunch place on an annual December trip to the Big Apple. We love the food, the ambience, and the service. Our server this time was Rubens, a competent and attentive and wonderfully interactive guy! This year we used OpenTable the night before for our reservation. It worked flawlessly.
Chicken pot pie was huge!
Always first rate.
