Good food, took a long time to get our order. They are very very popular but it's also the holiday season in times square. We were happy. The waiters know their stuff
We had a great dinner with a friendly server with our family of 5. We were sat promptly and were not rushed!
My third time at this location. had a reservation and they had us wait a couple extra minutes to give us a better booth by the window. Very nice people. Good food
Food is great. Very cool diner feel in the heart of Times Square. Would recommend for a fun NYC experience.
Food was great and we were seated timely. Waiter was not very attentive but overall nice experience. Has pot pie, which was delicious! Also table had choc chip cookie that was yummy!!
Good for pre-theater but you MUST make reservation.

Close to the action. Pricy but good food and nice size portions. Wish they had more than 2 choices of bagels-everything or plain. We all enjoyed our choices.
It was a nice experience and the ambiance and location is great. The waitress was very nice. The cappuccino wasn’t good in my opinion and the oatmeal was bland. The huebos rancheros were really good though. Go for the hearty recipes :).
