Portions are huge. SHARE! Food was good - we had the massive hot dog, and it was actually quite good. The matzo ball soup was better than expected, considering the place is not 2nd Ave Deli, and the chicken pot pie was OK (and yes, very large). Didn't have dessert, unfortunately, but they did look very good as they passed by. A decent choice for the theater district, especially for tourists. Not surprisingly, it is overpriced (though not at all crazy for the potion sizes).
Nice diner for a quick pre-theatre meal. Busy and somewhat noisy but the food was good. Their Chicken Pot Pie was very good and can be shared by 2 people if you are light eater. In spite of how busy it was, service was good.
The food and service were good. Serving size was a bit large. The price was high for the food. We could have eaten at a better place for what we got.
We booked our resv for the Times Square location by mistake but went to the Central Park location. Even though I mixed up our reservation, they were very accommodating, informed the TS location of the mix up & sat us within minutes. Excellent service. Food came out very fast & was delicious. Will definitely be eating there again.
Ambiance is fun and location to Times Square is fantastic, but it definitely feels like they are taking advantage of the tourist crowd. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence and take our drink order. The waffles tasted packaged, not fresh. The service definitely got better, but not without making it clear that we weren't happy. We wouldn't recommend it.
We had a very good meal. The quality was really good and the service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

My Birthday breakfast
The food was decent although the burgers were cooked very rare but since I do like them that way, I did not send it back but my husband prefers medium. tables are way too close together and we had a reservation but the receptionist did not note it which resulted in Open table asking me why I did not honor my reservation.
