It's a good place to go if you are seeing a show and do not want to spend $100 for dinner. We selected it becuase we thought we could order waffles etc. for dinner (turns out that was breakfast/brunch only). We each had salmon with veggies on the side -- came to about $70, which sounds crazy but is really pretty reasonable for that area. Server was quiet but nice and very very willing to accommodate any request we might have (as pescatarians, there were not a ton of options on the menu). Had business breakfast meeting - get place with convenient mid-town location
Food was better than expected, service was fine but the restaurant could have been cleaner.
Phenomenal experience absolutely one of my favorite dining trips in nyc in a long time. Very good food, very family friendly and great ambiance
Meal after theatre trip
Chicken Noodle Soup was the best I've ever eaten. Our waiter Joel was full of personality and eager to make menu suggestions. Would definitely go back!
Quickly seated. Fun, attentive server. Veggie burger--one of the best i've had. That's why I keep coming back.
The Brooklyn Diner was a great choice for a pre-theater lunch. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation but they sat us right away. Waitress was great and the food very good, but pricey.
