You have to try the blonde strawberry cheesecake. The best i tried and I tried a lot in NYC. Service was spot on and we loved the diner decor.
extremely expensive for eggs and coffee. It was $30 for one breakfast, and that didn't include juice.
We were there for a one day trip to NYC with a party of six. It was a tight fit for that size but great food! Even though we made the reservation, we still had to wait about 15 minutes for our table.
Great food from Chef Henry. Little tight on the table, but that makes it special too.

Food and service is super nice but always crowded so strongly recommend to book! We are traveling NYV for a week but already there twice!!!!
Although it was a bit uncomfortable to have so many people packed into such a tight space, the service was excellent and the food was very good.
Brought our grandsons to NYC for a show as a Christmas gift. A must to have lunch at the Brooklyn Diner. But I accidentally made the reservations at the 57th St. location. The Times Square location on 43rd was wonderful to fit us in and contact the other location to advise. Lunch never disappoints as great American fare. My husband and grandson loved the pot pie which is huge; another grandson had the grilled cheese with bacon and FF- another winner.
