The food was very good. I do recommend that you make reservations because it got very busy fast. Will go again.
This was our first time eating at the W.57th St. location. We usually go to the Times Square location. Food was very good. I had the burger(cooked perfectly), my wife had the chicken pot pie which is huge, but good. Service was attentive. It is noisy I'll say that. The two person booth is tight, not much room to take your coat off. For a quick meal its a good spot. Their milkshakes are outstanding.
Felt like I was in Coney Island - at a real Brooklyn Diner ! Quick service, everyone loved their choices, and the veggie burger was very good. The Jewish specialties like the sweet noddle kugel were a real treat... Will return for sure when in the vicinity!
There isn't anything special here except some good draft beer and generous portions for dessert. Service was a bit slow; fries were not well cooked & burgers lacked flavor. However reserve a booth and try to enjoy yourselves.
Good waiter. Good burger, excellent fries. Outrageously overpriced.
For a diner the prices seem a little high to me. I guess the compensation is that the portions are seriously large. Perhaps we should have just ordered one Chinese chicken salad and shared it? Good coffee!
It was my friends bday i said that when i made reservation on open table i was going to go tell the waiter after we ate but before i did he came over with four glasses of champagne and told my friend to pick a piece of cake on the House now that was a wow and i will be back
The wait staff was incredible and the food is super tasty. Would recommend this for families and causal dining.
Decent food. Good size portions. Chicken Parmesan and the Rueben very very good. Great service - fast, attentive and friendly. Price OK for location - almost next to Carnegie Hall. We were seated near front door and it was cold. Tables very close together and noise level high. Not for romantic dinner but fine for decent diner fare.
