I’m so glad I took a chance and chose this place for lunch. It was perfect for me and my teenage son on a day trip to the city. It was a very cold day right after Christmas. Getting a table anywhere was a challenge. The host took us in much earlier than our reservation and the place was packed. The service was efficient and our hot pastrami on cheeseburgers was decadent and delicious. Be prepared to pay a premium—but the cool vibe and excellent location near Time Square can’t be beat.
A great place to visit with out of towners, who always appreciate the New York-ness of Brooklyn Diner and the satisfying comfort food.

Great for family! Visiting NYC and my spouse stumbled across this gem...the kids loved the milkshakes. The milkshakes were an artistic work and tasted good too!!

We had breakfast here twice during our NYC stay. The food is amazing and the staff and service is 5 star!!!!!
Appreciated being seated right away even though we were late for our reservation and there was a line of people waiting for a table.
