Brooklyn Diner is on my “must do” list every time I visit NYC. Best atmosphere, service, food (chicken soup and steak are favorites).
Went for the chicken pot pie. Superb!
Best dinner in town
Guy is the best! He remembered us and he's so friendly! He also sings a beautiful happy birthday! The waffle grilled cheese with pastrami was delicious and plentiful!

The service was exactly what I expected from this restaurant group. Spotless, and exceptional service. Food was delicious.....especially the avocado toast.
Always return to Brooklyn Diner when in NYC. Food is always well prepared, although, for us, the portions are too large. Nice to have a full bar service and plenty of dessert choices. Comfort food at its best. Service was tremendous, attentive, and it was quiet on a Sunday night.
