I can highly recommend Brother’s Floors. We had a beautiful quality carpet installed on our stairs. Everyone did a great job from the front desk ladies to everyone listed below. After the installation we had a fair size piece of carpet left and Brother’s had it cut into 2 area rugs and bound. That was a beautiful job too. The flooring selection is amazing. I am a 100% satisfied customer. From shopping to installation they were top notch. I love the carpet I chose, the color and pattern were perfect and the quality is top notch. Communication was great, thank you Cynthia and the floor representatives were helpful and courteous. Abel did a beautiful job of installing the carpet on our stairs. He was courteous, efficient and he cleaned as he worked. I will look to Brother’s Flooring for out next flooring job.
I’m so happy to be working with Brothers. They are currently their installers are professional and showed up on time and doing a fantastic job. They ask questions to make sure this is the best way for stairs. The wood looks great. I’m do happy that we chose Brothers for our flooring
Brothers Flooring was an excellent choice. They all were so kind and very helpful. Having most of entire house , from flooring to carpet was done beautifully. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Alesha was our renovation consultant and she checked and came to see how work was coming along. From the guy who brought supplies to McCabe who did floors and trim who was fantastic to our carpet layer , it was excellent experience. Recommend them
Jessica was my sales person at the store and she was instrumental in helping find and purchase the floors of my dreams. There were no surprises as Jessica was very thorough in covering everything that I needed to know.
From start to finish, Brothers Flooring was awesome. Meghan was so patient and kind as we selected our engineered hardwood floors. Our estimator Keagan put us at total ease and explained the process completely. Our installer Dan was fantastic. He was so careful and professional. He listened to our concerns and questions and made sure we were happy from beginning to end. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Brothers Flooring. Great job guys. Very happy customers.
We had our carpet installed today with Abel with brothers flooring and he did amazing and takes very good pride in his work and this is our second time using brothers and we highly recommend them there are the best . We are very happy .
The Brothers Flooring crew was fantastic. They delivered supplies when they said they would, showed up each day when they said they would. We were very comfortable having the crew in our house. Floors look fantastic, the small things were taken care of and not ignored.
Had a great experience from the estimator to the sales associate and up until install. Will use them again if we ever have anymore home projects.
