I was very apprehensive about getting new carpet because of my past experience. Meghan Sims took over and put my mind at ease, helped me pick just the right carpet and color. She addressed my concerns and was absolutely fantastic! Then when the installers arrived to do the work (Hector and Hector), I could not have been happier! Thank you, Chuck and George for the excellent work you did replacing our water damaged wood floor in our kitchen. Chuck evaluated the damage, suggested solutions, and generated a cost estimate. In July 2021 we had Brothers Flooring replace our laminate flooring with Luxury Laminate flooring. Workers Logan and Pirate removed our old flooring and replaced it with our New flooring. They both did a great job and were very easy to talk to and work with for what needs we had. We recommend this company for anyone how wants there floors replaced.
Frank laid my flooring and I couldn’t be happier! He did a great job! It was all done in 2 1/2 days. I didn’t have to do a thing.
What more can we say than Brothers is the absolute best! Megan helped us to find the flooring we were looking for - she was not only knowledgeable, she was so friendly and helpful. We had seen those tv ads of the brothers and the bear hugs that make you smile, so we decided to stop in and talk to them about Mohawk carpet. Andy was such a great help, and came to our condo for precise measurements. He gave us a complete estimate of all related costs for carpet and laminate flooring, very competitive and fair, no surprises. We had Brothers Flooring install LVP in our Master bedroom, closet, both bathrooms and Laundry room this past month. I have to say, this was the best experience we could have imagined. The installer was Juan and his attention to details were amazing. The entire team at Brothers made our experience so wonderful and we could not be happier. We recommend anyone and everyone to purchase from them and we loved that it is a small business that thrives on our community.
Meghan was great. She assisted me in picking out the perfect floor. The two gentleman who delivered my flooring were very polite, on time, and considerate. It was a snowy day and cleaned up all the water that was tracked into the house. Installers did an awesome job too. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
