We had seen those tv ads of the brothers and the bear hugs that make you smile, so we decided to stop in and talk to them about Mohawk carpet. Andy was such a great help, and came to our condo for precise measurements. He gave us a complete estimate of all related costs for carpet and laminate flooring, very competitive and fair, no surprises. We had Brothers Flooring install LVP in our Master bedroom, closet, both bathrooms and Laundry room this past month. I have to say, this was the best experience we could have imagined. The installer was Juan and his attention to details were amazing. The entire team at Brothers made our experience so wonderful and we could not be happier. We recommend anyone and everyone to purchase from them and we loved that it is a small business that thrives on our community.
Meghan was great. She assisted me in picking out the perfect floor. The two gentleman who delivered my flooring were very polite, on time, and considerate. It was a snowy day and cleaned up all the water that was tracked into the house. Installers did an awesome job too. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I called yesterday Courtney was so amazing, professional, took her time with me while I try to figure out what kind of flooring I needed to prefer. After calling several other stores like big box name stores you were the only place out of mostly all of Spokane that took your time with me and help me find exactly what I was looking for that speaks volumes for your customer service. Courtney never stopped helping me look for what I needed a very asset all other flooring places are in need of.
Kendall installed my base board (trim) in my living room, dinning room and kitchen. He did an outstanding job. He is very nice and a professional. I would recommend Kendall to all of my friends. Derek

This summer we went through a different company to get our flooring. It was a big box store and I never had a good feeling about them, but we were new to this and had never heard of Brothers flooring. Finally the day came in November to have this other company do the flooring. They came, started whispering to each other and then walked out on the job. We had carpet put it our upstairs master bedroom, guest room, and hallway and closets, and vinyl plank in our second guest room, master closet, and guest bath. Frank did the vinyl plank, and he does an awesome job, complete attention to detail, and a finished product that we knew we would get. (He did our family room last year). What an exceptional experience! Every person we encountered from Brothers was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It takes a lot for customer service to impress me and these guys went WAY beyond that. Megan is an incredible salesperson. She was not only super knowledgeable but she hit the balance of helpful without being pushy perfectly.
