Stopped by the store to look at tile for a shower. Cynthia showed us to the tile section. She was very helpful. We picked out a tile. She said it would take three days to get us an estimate. It has been three weeks. I’ve emailed over this 3 week period. Still haven’t heard anything.
Classic Bait and Switch shop. Tyson quoted a price on carpeting and told us it was a great price because of all the business they do with the supplier. Their installer came out, did measurements and then they sent us the bid for the job. It was more than $2000 higher than what Tyson quoted us in the store. They padded the estimate by 23% on the square footage. However, the larger price adjustment came from the increased price in the carpet. Derek, our installer, did an excellent job on the two bathroom floors we had replaced. He was polite, hardworking, personable and very professional. So pleased with the outcome. Clean up was well done. Jenna, our sales rep. was conscientious, friendly and thorough. Jake, in charge of communication regarding scheduling and materials, kept us informed all along the way. Brothers Flooring has our highest recommendation for anyone interested in flooring for their home or business.
Derek, our installer, did an outstanding job of replacing floors in two of our bathrooms. Very, very pleased with the outcome. He was polite, hardworking and professional and very personable. Our sales rep, Jenna was conscientious, friendly and did a nice job of follow-up. Also, Jake kept us well informed as to scheduling and delivery. I would recommend Brothers Flooring to anyone interested in floor installation. Five stars from me and I am hard to please.
Love’d the floor tile... just wish we would have purchased it through another store in Spokane. Disappointed that they sold us “matching bull-nose” that did not match. Not only did they not correct it (they actually do not make a matching bullnose fir that tile) ... but they would not accept even unopened boxes in return. They apologized that they did not know it did not match. Sorry - for a paying customer who bought all the bathroom tile and flooring from Brother’s... that’s just crappy business practice.
I had a bad experience with this company. We hired them ,but after the project they refused to come back and fix a small thing.They made every excuse not to come back.I wrote a review on their website that they didnt like.So then they found i owned a business also and had all their friends leave bad reviews on my business even though none of them had ever been there before.Very unprofessional.
It’s been two weeks since I last spoke with Courtney. She said she needs to speak with Tyler to set up a time to come out for an estimate. I chose this company because I’m not from the area and they have a 5⭐️ rating. That was a mistake. I do not recommend this company.
