What a pleasure it has been working with the employees and delivery people of Brother’s Flooring. I would especially like to thank Melissa, Jake, and Jason for all their care.
Melissa did a great job getting us squared away with the laminate we were looking for! Jake and Jason made the somewhat mundane task of unloading all of the material a really enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back at Brothers for future flooring projects!
The minute we walked into the store room, we felt like we were friends with Meghan! She was very knowledgeable about the type of flooring we were looking at. We left with a few samples and on their return, still not quite sure which one to choose. Meghan guided us through and helped us choose the perfect flooring for our home. I would highly recommend Brothers Flooring for your next home improvement project!
We understood there was going to be disruptions to our daily routine for the project. What wasn’t expected or appreciated was a 6-8-week project turning into a 6-month project. That was an extraordinary inconvenience. This company left us in the lurch and "fired us" from an install when we refused to leave our home for a 200 sq ft floor installation (this was in the front corner of a 5000 sq ft, two level home). I was told on the Friday before a Monday installation that my husband and I would need to move out of our home and would be denied access to our home for 8 days. We will not be using Brothers Flooring ever again.
Stopped by the store to look at tile for a shower. Cynthia showed us to the tile section. She was very helpful. We picked out a tile. She said it would take three days to get us an estimate. It has been three weeks. I’ve emailed over this 3 week period. Still haven’t heard anything.
Classic Bait and Switch shop. Tyson quoted a price on carpeting and told us it was a great price because of all the business they do with the supplier. Their installer came out, did measurements and then they sent us the bid for the job. It was more than $2000 higher than what Tyson quoted us in the store. They padded the estimate by 23% on the square footage. However, the larger price adjustment came from the increased price in the carpet.
