We had carpet put it our upstairs master bedroom, guest room, and hallway and closets, and vinyl plank in our second guest room, master closet, and guest bath. Frank did the vinyl plank, and he does an awesome job, complete attention to detail, and a finished product that we knew we would get. (He did our family room last year). What an exceptional experience! Every person we encountered from Brothers was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It takes a lot for customer service to impress me and these guys went WAY beyond that. Megan is an incredible salesperson. She was not only super knowledgeable but she hit the balance of helpful without being pushy perfectly. Melissa did a great job getting us squared away with the laminate we were looking for! Jake and Jason made the somewhat mundane task of unloading all of the material a really enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back at Brothers for future flooring projects!
The minute we walked into the store room, we felt like we were friends with Meghan! She was very knowledgeable about the type of flooring we were looking at. We left with a few samples and on their return, still not quite sure which one to choose. Meghan guided us through and helped us choose the perfect flooring for our home. I would highly recommend Brothers Flooring for your next home improvement project!
We understood there was going to be disruptions to our daily routine for the project. What wasn’t expected or appreciated was a 6-8-week project turning into a 6-month project. That was an extraordinary inconvenience. After initially contacting Brothers in mid-July 2024, they finally started demo in mid-October 2024. 6 months after the work started the last worker was done on April 22, 2025. This company left us in the lurch and "fired us" from an install when we refused to leave our home for a 200 sq ft floor installation (this was in the front corner of a 5000 sq ft, two level home). I was told on the Friday before a Monday installation that my husband and I would need to move out of our home and would be denied access to our home for 8 days.
