A group of us went for lunch and they had no heat! Everyone has to wear their winter coats the entire time. Our server was very sweet and kept our drinks filled, but it took at lease 40 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm by the time we got it.
The place was freezing! They knew they had heating issues and should have warned us prior to our arriving! As we fad a show to make we could not make alternate arrangements! Very disappointed as I don’t like eating with a winter coat on!
The food at Bru Buger was nice, well cooked burger and crispy fries. The major problem was the service. I dont blame our individual waitress but the scheduling. The restaurant was way too crowded for the kitchen to keep up. It took 30 minutes to have a glass of wine poured and over an hour from arrival to receiving any food and an extra 15 minutes for fries (the kitchen ran out of french fries in a burger centric restaurant). Waitress was sweet but the food was unimpressive.
Our waitress was seen very little, she was very busy looking busy. The food was great as usual but we were a bit disappointed that the menu had been changed. I have always enjoyed the mushroom Swiss and it is no longer available. We will be back but not likely in the near future
We were seated at 4:45 for a 7 PM show at the Aronoff. It took 30 minutes to order drinks, another 30 to order dinner. Dinner came out at 6:15, so we were rushed to eat in time to get to the show. Burgers and chicken were overcooked. Food not nearly as good as the Montgomery location. Not pleased.
Our salad never arrived yet we were charged for it. Had to ask 3 different employees for silverware for our table. By the time we finally got silverware our food had been on the table 13min and was room temperature.
