It was ok. I just got a salad. I don’t recommend the brownie sundae. Brownies weren’t edible. It was a little loud.
Mediocre, tasteless, over cooked burgers. Service was slow and inattentive and the restaurant was not busy. We will not return. Too many other good options in Cincinnati for burgers.
Was seated by door to outside dining which was opened and closed over 20 times during our meal. Salads were brought out with meal. Overall a bad dining experience and definitely not recommended . By the way we seem to be seated in worst possible dining area every time we use Open Table
Very poor service. Extremely slow and unprepared for crowd. Hamburger was almost raw but it had already been an hour wait so I didn't bother sending it back. Will not return to this dump.
Took well over 10 minutes to talk with a waitress. We asked a waitress waiting to pickup drinks at the bar. She said she would get us drinks and get our assigned waitress. When she came back we ordered and appetizer . Still no assigned waitress Once the appetizer came we ordered from our ‘found ‘. Waitress. Dinner was good but overpriced. Service was poor If not for the waitress we ‘found’ we might have just walked.
Great food and service. But for some reason the hostess seated us in a small section in the back with a wall or windows. The main dining area was pretty empty and we were by ourselves, me and my college aged daughter. Normally not a problem but it was very cold outside and even though I asked them to turn the heat up, it was about 65 degrees. Made our experience quite unpleasant and seemingly only so the owners could save a few bucks on their utility bill. Very disappointing overall.
This is the second time we dined there hoping it would be better. As it turns our you would think a place with burger in its name would have great burgers................it doesn't. There were four of us and none of us had it cooked correctly. The burgers actually looked as if the were frozen patties. It was very loud to the point you had to lean in over the table to her others in our party. The fries were cold. Overall they were way overpriced for the quality.
Food and cocktails were delicious! Can’t wait to visit again.
