Everything was extra. Most burger ? sandwich rest. serve fries or something with your order. $10 glass of "tap" wine was way overpriced.
The waitress was very nice. The only issue we had was my niece order a burger with bacon and unfortunately the burger didn’t have bacon on it. I ordered a burger without onion and guess what-it came with onion on it. Not sure what was up with the food prep but that was disappointing.
The food was a little disappointing, my portobello mushroom sandwich was hard to bite, too much condiments: cocktails were average. The service was great
Well I had an unfortunate experience. I'm sure it was a fluke, or at least i hope it was. I was eating a salad and found long human hair in it. I enjoyed the salad until my discovery. There was an offer to replace the salad which I was not in the mood for at that time. The bill was adjusted to remove the cost of the salad.The least that I would have expected. Noone made a big deal of the issue! Never going there again.
Very loud. Server was not overly attentive. 3 of the 4 people at our table were unhappy with their orders. The best thing we ate was the cheese sauce for our pretzel appetizer. Will not be returning.
The food was spectacular, I had a small burger and salad. We got there early enough that the foods came out quickly. Thankfully we were early because once they started getting busy the service declined quickly, the checks came out right behind the food and no one came to follow up on us and we never got refills on or drinks. Our visit was just over 30 min.
I had called on Sunday 2/25 to change my reservations for 3/2from 4 to 6 and the person I spoke with told me she would take care of that. Reservations were for 6:15. She did not do that. Had to sit at a little round table sqeezing 6 people around the table. We come there before our ARRONNOFF series shows and normally have a good experience. But the lack of follow through by one of your employees was disappointing. We will be back on 3/23 and would appreciate some compensation. Thanks. My name is Cindi Bedinghaus
Dined at Bru Burger prior to taking my family to see School of Rock at the Aronoff Center. We were greeted and seated by a friendly hostess immediately upon arrival. We place an order for the pretzel appetizer followed by a chopped salad and four burgers with our waitress Jordan. After receiving our pretzel, we did not see Jordan for quite some time.
