We were first seated near a very loud and boisterous group. We asked to change tables. The table we had slid across the floor if barely leaned on. The waitress gave us a coaster to put under a table leg. Then, the table wobbled and slid! My partner ordered a salad but left most of it because it didn't taste good. My burger tasted strange and the fries were greasy. We both became physically ill after eating. We'll never eat at this restaurant again!
Seemed overwhelmed by crowd even though long promoted event downtown. Slow service -mediocre food. Better options!!!
Server was unknowledgeable on beer selections, menu choices and extremely slow..... a little disappointed
We go to this restaurant for the quick service before our Broadway show. Last night it took almost 20 mins to have our order taken. Then when are food was served it turned out be someone’s order. We ended up having about 10 mins to eat our dinner. We have eaten at Bru Burger several other times when the service has been fine. Hopefully, this was just a bad night

As we were leaving, after speaking to the manager, our food was brought out. We have didn't have time to eat and went to the theatre hungry and angry. Luckily the show was great a... read more
Stopped here on a road trip looking for something other than fast food. Our server was very friendly and took good care of us. We found the menu to have appealing descriptions, but we were disappointed in the actual food. The meat was bland. One of us ordered a burger well-done and it came rare. The kids burger was a puck of meat that no child would be able to eat. We will not be going back. (The server, again, was great. She took the rare burger off of our bill. She even gave our daughter her own highlighters when the resta... read more
Everything was extra. Most burger ? sandwich rest. serve fries or something with your order. $10 glass of "tap" wine was way overpriced.
