Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

I had the Bru Hot Chicken sandwich, I asked the waiter if it was good, he stated it was a small step up from McDonalds Crispy Chicken sandwich, he was right. My friend got the Mexicali BBQ burger she said hers was good. Our service could have been better as well.
The burger was good, but the onion rings were soggy and the service wasn't very good. Never got a refill or asked how the food was. I was disappointed, I've heard really good things about it.
Slowest. Service. Ever. I literally wait over half an hour for a burger. I had somewhere to be and had to get a to go box because I ran out of time to actually eat. So I'm sure the food would've tasted better - had I actually been able to eat it when I ordered it.

If you're going to sell a twelve dollar burger, don't make mediocre. Onion rings were greasy. We told the bartender they were not good and he simply took the uneaten portion away. Black bean burger was mushy on the inside but the top of the bun was stiff and crusty.. My wife ordered her burger medium but it was served well done and very dry. had 10 in our party....seemed to be a problem for management...finally sat us outside, in the sun.....onion rings very greasy.....wait staff confused, one took our drink order, then another came by to take our drink order! $8 glass of wine looked to be about 2 oz.

I unwrapped my silver ware and it was dirty. I kept smelling a foul smell and it was the plates. The bur burger was tasteless. Your head chief needs to be replace.
