My son is a student at UK, and we were looking for a good lunch. I've been to Bru Burger in the past, and I remember them being good. The pretzels did not taste fresh. The salmon sandwich was good, and the chicken sandwich was adequate. The pulled pork was tasteless and did not have sauce. The burger was not hot, and was underwhelming. I'll look for new places the next time I'm in Lexington.

Odd. The food was good but I ordered the Hot Chicken sandwich. I had had the before in Indianapolis and it was prepared totally different. No sauce, no spice, just dry fried chicken fingers. Hope it was a screw up and not a menu change. Great in Indy, boring in Lexington.

Service took forever despite the restaurant being at less than half capacity. Manager apologized but didn’t discount at all and we didn’t get our food until an hour after we ordered. Will not return. Food was below average.

I arrived for my reservation to have a nice drink on a shaded patio table. There were three tables open on the patio. They told me I could only sit at the one out in the sun. The shaded tables were apparently reserved. There was no apology, they just shuffled me to an inside table. Customer service was awful. Food was subpar.

Food was just okay. Good not great. Server was not knowledgeable about the menu at all and kept forgetting things. It wasn’t busy.

Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Went for a birthday and no one said anything. (Has that it was a birthday stated in open table.) Server seemed to want to go home the minute we sat down-from standing at the table just looking at us expecting us to tell him our drink orders (without saying a single word) to rushing us through our appetizers to order the meal.
