Excellent Customer Service From start to finish the staff made this car buying experience very pleasant. From the finance department to the service department this was a very good experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.
The lady checked me in. I asked her if she could give me an estimate on a brake replacement bulb. Everything was going good. Got the update through the message. I had three critical issues. I declined all three at 2:48 close the app out.. Was just waiting and on the phone. I go out and look at 3:35 and the truck is sitting there so I go back to check the app. It says it was finished at 2:48 PM. Our service provider was fine. But the mechanic took one look and 'diagnosed' our problem without listening to the specific complaint. After explaining the true issue a second time, the service personnel said he removed that technician and got another one. I am disappointed that installing a new part took from 730am-430pm, when it was scheduled. It should NOT have taken an entire day. Poor ordering of work, and we feel we were tricked into paying 3x labor costs. Will not return.
Junior, salesman, was great to work with. Did find the finance guy to be very frustrated and not very courteous. Didn’t even acknowledge us when we left his office. I know it was late and close to 10pm, but still could have been more courteous and at least acknowledge us a lot more:
The service department seems to have improved some since I was there a couple of years ago. However, all the employees seem to still be "lily white" and when approached seem to have little to no empathy. Waiting to see if a diverse set of employees will ever exist here. That's why I went to Houston to Don McGill to buy my car instead this dealership. That's this area though, I guess.
Would expect a washed and clean car returned after service. Would expect someone to let me know when car is pulled up.
FORCING customers to buy add-ons. ........ SUCH as the CarRX GPS system is very inconsiderate of the customer. Your management and I BOTH know it's about an income stream for the dealership. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. Oh and your instructions to the sales staff (and how posted online) to ONLY mention the price as $995 is very disingenuous at best. Not until a customer is seated with the financial person is it revealed the $995 is ONLY for a year and after that HUNDREDS of dollars to continue with the service. What did I do?... read more
Salesman was very nice and professional. Dealership moved very fast to get sale completed. Truck was washed and full tank of gas on delivery. My only complaint is that my dash has an unattractive hole in the center where a JBL portable speaker should be and I wasn't told the speaker wouldn't come with my Tacoma TRD Off Road package until after I bought it and realized the speaker was still missing. Upon arrival the staff were standing around chatting and it took a while to get the service advisor. In addition, they cleaned everyone arrival windshield except for mine while I was waiting.
