BCS Toyota took care of my daughter's car. The service department was fantastic. Heather, in the service department, communicated with us every step of the way as we were in Houston while my daughter was in CS. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The car was fixed as promised and my daughter had no problems picking up her car after it was fixed. It gives me peace of mind knowing that BCS Toyota is in town in case we need them again. We will happily trust them with our car in the future. Thank you BCS Toyota!

It was long overdue for the oil to be changed. Thank goodness that I brought my car in when I did to get the car revived! It didn't take long and what a relief to have a happy car with fresh oil gurgling again in its belly.
