Russel took great care of me yesterday, even though he is not my service tech. I thought I only needed to add air to my tire, but it turned out that I had a nail in the tire. I was on my way out of town and he took care of getting my tire replaced easily. I appreciate the time that he took to look at the coverage I had before the work was done. The service advisor, Russ was great and serious about his job, but still very friendly. He was able to help me spread out the 100K mile service in batches so it fits my monthly budget. I am glad to be a Toyota BCS customer!
