Went to have seat trim replaced. Wasn’t there for service, maintenance reminder reset to 27000 miles but not sure oil was changed which wasn’t supposed be till 24000. Took only 10 minutes to replace trim but was there for 3 hours even with 9am appointment.

I have had my Lexus service managed by Justin for 5 years. He is a consistent 5 stars! Always pleasant, attentive to my needs and answers all my questions. The only disappointment and reason for 4 stars for BCS Toyota is related to an early Monday service appointment that could not be completed in one day due to vehicles left for service from over the weekend which ultimately delayed the start of my service. It would be very proactive for management to survey and plan for the likelihood of 'overbooking' services on a Monday ... read more
