Trevor drove 5 hours round trip on a Friday night to deliver the vehicle to us in Austin for us to first test drive and complete the purchase at our kitchen table. Amazing service! Very respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. We had a great experience!

The dealership is easy to work with. The service dept. always keeps you posted on the progress of your car. Dustin is amazing, he is very professional and has great customer skills. I was in the Food Service Industry for 25 years. I know great customer service when I see it. Dustin is a big asset to this team.

Justin got my car in and worked with the technician to get my exposed pillar wires recovered and fixed the same day. I brought the car in December and picked it up in January for an air conditioning system problem that they fixed, had to remove the dash. Couldn't tell that the pillars were not completely sealed from looking on the inside. Did not notice until I looked from the front of the car and I noticed the gaps. Service got the problem taking care of fast and I appreciate that. Amazing service.

Only had an oil and filter change this time. So I had very little interface with Bobby Hall. He was fine. Overall I have had great experience with BCS Toyota.

I have always been satisfied with the service I have received at Bryan College Station Toyota and I wasn’t disappointed this time either. Carey came out at the beginning and it was like seeing a friend once again. I had thought I would need some specific service work that she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need so I spent less than I expected as well! Thanks Carey!! It was done on a timely basis and I do like the app that kept me updated.
